Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I became a VIP member and after 3 weeks of waiting for my order and 3 calls later the call center tells me they can't refund my order because it hasn't been 20 business days and to call back then. How many times does one have to call a place or wait to receive an order? Tracking number changed the delivery date 3 times and every time I call this company I get a different story. Lies..
Placed small order for 3 items. Within a week was communicated expected delays which was fine as they set expectations to the new delivery date. That date passed without further communications. Contacted customer service and after a long hold (automated message wait time was inaccurate) and they blamed COVID-19 factors on the delays. My concern wasn't with the delays, it is with setting expectations and meeting them for your customers. I shouldn't have to wait a month for a simple order.

Having to skip each month so you don’t get charged is a pain in the butt. Also, I should be able to use the full “reward” that was charged, even if that means spreading it over
multiple items. Honestly, I am canceling my membership, it is not worth the hassle.
This were good until I got to check out, and it told me shipping was "Free!" ... until I put in my credit card information, and then on the final page I had to select a shipping option (which costed money). Why would that change? Just be upfront about me having to pay for shipping if you're going to charge for it, that way I don't get excited and then frustrated when I have to pay at the end lol
Fabletics is scam. They will charge your credit $50 every month unless you go on the website every month and skip the payment. This is not explained well when you make your first purchase. This should be illegal.
I absolutely love all of my Fabletics items. I have to wear compression leggings for DVT's and your selections have made me feel stylish. I wear them daily and I feel very blessed to have found you guys. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Styles run out too quickly even as a VIP which is discouraging. More inventory needed!
I absolutely LOVE the casual options but there isn't much..I wish there were casual options each month.
And I wish there were a variety of short length options, not just short shorts.

Great, I love the outfits. I just wish you had more "the only Pant" style pants. over-all i love. I cant wait to receive my packet. hopefully, it all fits well.
Website layout is terrible. The shorts are great but The vip credit program makes zero sense. They advertise it as 80 dollars in value when in reality it’s closer to 60 at best. It doesn’t even cover the tax. The shipping is free for every order over 50 bucks but the vip program also gives you “free shipping” the experience is going to make me hate seeing the shorts. Congratulations you got me for a a 60 dollar pair of gym shorts... I have been duped but that’s my fault. I hope this review helps someone avoid my mistake.
I love many of their styles and great quality leggings. I’m a picky shopper, so every time I finally find a selection that I like, they are out of my size.
